Todd, wearing an off-white v-neck T-shirt emblazoned with a picture of the U.S.S. Constitution, appeared disheveled and nervous as Attleboro District Court Judge Dan O’Shea ordered him held on the high bail. His attorney, Sandra Ferreira, said Todd plans to face the charges and that his father is planning to help his son “through this difficult time in his life.”
Todd, 30, left the scene in a taxi with six bottles of Oxycontin and headed to the Comcast Center in Mansfield, where Coheed and Cambria was due to open for Soundgarden that evening. Todd was later identified to police by the cab driver and on store surveillance video.
